2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us, for example when you contact us by email or through a form on this site:

• Name and contact details (email address, phone number, company name)
• Content of your message or enquiry

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie consent banner will be added before any non-essential cookies are set.

3. Why we process your data (legal basis)

• Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Entering into or performing a contract — where you request a service or proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Legal obligations — e.g. accounting and record-keeping requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months unless a client relationship is established. Contractual and invoicing data is kept for the period required by Danish bookkeeping law (currently 5 years).

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Request data portability
